Hello and welcome to my web site, ever since I was old enough I have been spending as much time as I can in the woods and fields of PA. I had hunted from the time I was 12 years old until 4 years ago, most times while hunting I would carry a camera with me and enjoyed photographing the wildlife I would see. Four years ago because of health problems I quit hunting and decide to continue my love of nature with the camera and that was the start of wildlifebyfred.com I know that some of my photos are not as good as I would like them to be, I am still learning when it comes to the best way to photograph wildlife. I do feel that I have made some great improvements in my photos over the past four years and I will continue to try and improve as I go forward in this quest.
